We relaxed in our hotel room, Diane read and I worked on the blog, for most of the morning. Then it was off for a bite to eat and then to the Georgia O’Keefe Museum. Going to the Georgia O’Keefe Museum is kind of a tradition for us as we had previously been to Santa Fe twice and we visited the museum each time.
It is always nice to look at Georgia O’Keefe’s artwork. Check out the photos. After the museum we walked around window shopping and then headed back to the hotel to relax before dinner at Pasqual’s.
Dinner at Pasqual’s is also a tradition for us. We had reservations for 6:00 and we arrive a bit early but they were able to seat us. Pasqual’s is a relatively small restaurant so it is tight quarters for everyone. The food is fantastic, the staff are all really nice professionals and it’s no wonder that it is always crowded. We had great food and a bottle of wine, Pasqual’s always has delicious vegetarian options. If you are ever in Santa Fe treat yourself to dinner at Pasqual’s.
