It was a relatively quick 1 ½ hour ride to Santa Fe, New Mexico, but it was raining. When we arrived in Santa Fe we decided to have breakfast and wait out the rain. After breakfast we checked into our hotel room. There was a break in the rain and we decided to walk to town. About half way to town it started to rain again. We walked until we got too wet and decided to go into La Fonda for cover and to warm up. I think other people had the same idea because the bar was kind of busy.
At about 3:00 the rain stopped and we ventured outside again. It was still pretty cold as we were walking around window shopping. We stopped in the Blue Corn Café and Brewery and had a beer. We walked around a little more then went back to La Fonda for dinner. After dinner we had a brisk walk back to the hotel.
