We were in Minneapolis to visit our friend, Elena. Elena had been our neighbor in Laguna Beach for 8 or 9 years. She had moved to Minneapolis about 3 years ago to be close to her new grandson. We had been in contact with each other for a few days before we landed in Minneapolis but we sort of got crossed up for meeting today and scheduled to meet tomorrow for breakfast.
Diane and I spent the day sightseeing. We went downtown to look around, river parks, drove through some nice suburbs and had a great time. The day flew by and late in the afternoon we ended up at Bald Man Brewery. Beer was good and it was a fun place.
