Slinky was a little anxious in the morning after staying in a hotel room for 2 days but she calmed down and even did well as we were going up into the higher elevations.
Hwy 101 south to Ukiah and Hwy 20 East to the Donner Pass on I80, off the I80 at Truckee and on to South Lake Tahoe. Hwy 20 was interesting and fairly empty everywhere except Yuba City and Maryville which were PACKED. Long day, left Garberville at about 9:00 and arrived in Lake Tahoe at about 4:30. Stayed at the City Campground. Made long range bets for me, Therese and Olzy. Go Steelers, Rams, Cowboys, Mariners, Titans and Saints. You figure out who made what bets.
