After years of planning and many hours of hard work Diane, Slinky and I are leaving tomorrow morning on our 5 to 6 month trip across the US and Canada. First stop Samuel P. Taylor State Park, Mt. Tamalpias. Then up the coast to Humboldt County to attend the annual Summer Arts and Music Festival at Benbow Recreation Area on the Eel River that begins on Saturday. We used to attend this event every summer when we lived in Bridgeville. We are excited to begin our trip with this festival as it was always tons-o-fun..
